We have established a tradition of a post-course potluck dinner and party held on the Friday night following the course at the home of Bill and Cathy Simpkins. The party features burgers and investigations into the mechanics of fermentable fluid flow. In 1999, Salsa dancing and instruction were added to the event. Students chow down! Salsa!!!
