Beck Family Scholarship
This award from Jim and Denise Beck can be used for general undergraduate education but preference is given to students attending the Carl F. Vondra Field Camp the year the award is made.  Recipients should have a demonstrated financial need and/or a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.  Students may only receive this award once.

Huedepohl Geology Field Camp Scholarship
This is a Summer Field Camp scholarship. Students must be Geology or Earth Science majors with outstanding academic records. Awardees should have financial need and be at least a sophomore with continuing interest in the geological sciences. Award is for students who will attend the Carl F. Vondra Field Camp the year the award is made.

Kevin Connolly Geology Field Camp Scholarship
This is a scholarship to support students who are majoring in Geology or Earth Science and will attend the Carl F. Vondra Field Camp the year the award is made. The scholarship is available to students with sophomore, junior or senior class standing.

Rodney D. Gardner Scholarship
Student must be a Geology or Earth Science major, have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above and must have a demonstrated financial need. All factors being equal, preference will be given to applicants who are working while attending college. A student may apply for up to four years of additional aid, provided that the student maintains at least a 3.0 and makes satisfactory progress toward a degree.

Amount: $1,500
Application Deadline: Spring Semester, date announced each year.
Application can be obtained in the department office.
