Geology 409 / 509: Groundwater Geochemistry

We review common sampling and sample preservation methods and sample a domestic or municipal well for common groundwater parameters. We review how to sample a domestic well to get the best sample under different plumbing scenarios. A representative from Hach, Inc. will give a brief demonstration of several of their many test kits.
